Booking Condition

You confirm that you are able to accept the terms of these booking conditions as well as the booking conditions of any contract principle for whom we are acting as agent when you make a purchase or reservation, and that you genuinely do so on behalf of your party or dependent. As a result, we respectfully request that you take the time to read the terms and conditions provided below, which are applicable to any business dealings and purchases made with us.
1. Reservations made over the Internet/ Online reservations

It is the responsibility of the traveller to select the most pertinent, correct, and essential flight timings, schedules, or other information when making, selecting, and reserving online flights using a central reservation system (online booking engine). However, assistance is provided when the traveller has picked a short or insufficient time period, or when the traveller wants to make adjustments to the chosen reservation while considering if those changes are permitted under the policies of the chosen carrier, airline, etc.

A travel agent or consultant will call, email, or otherwise get in touch with the inquirer when the traveller submits a "Flight Order" or "Inquiry email" after utilising a search engine or website to provide available flights and accommodation options for booking that are exact matches to the flight order.

An automated response with the schedule information is sent after a reservation has been made online.

A travel agent or consultant will send you a follow-up email to confirm all the travel and payment details after the payment has been charged. The secondary email must be replied to before the deadline in order for tickets to be provided as confirmed.

Unless otherwise specified during the booking procedure, full payment is often expected at the time of booking

In the odd event that an administrative mistake results in the presentation of an inaccurate price, we have the right to change the price. In certain circumstances, you won't be forced to finish your purchase, cancellation fees might not be charged, no contract will be applied, and we'll ask you to send us an email to confirm the action.

2. Reservations made over the phone

Advisors who are on duty will take care of reservations made over the phone. Callers or travellers can make reservations as well as enquire about prices, details, or schedules. For future communication with the correct agent, the caller must keep the name and direct phone number of the agent they spoke with while booking a reservation over the phone. All forms of payment are accepted for telephone reservations (card, cash, bank transfer, deposit payment, etc.). The caller may supply payment or credit card information over the phone in order for the agent to generate and finish the reservation for the caller in the central reservation system. (Invoices are readily available and can be requested.)

3. Payment verification & financial security

We are a retail agent for a company that is ATOL and IATA authorised. The air trips in our brochure are ATOL protected since we act as an agent for travel agencies that are permitted by the Civil Aviation Authority. In the unlikely case of our failure, the CAA will take steps to ensure you are not left stranded abroad and will make arrangements to repay any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. For additional information, go to www.atol.org.uk, the ATOL website. Schedule Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI) will be charged to your account if scheduled airline flights are booked. If you would like more information on the financial protection for your reservation, please ask at the time of booking.

4. How are you secure?

For our customers' utmost financial security, we have created a double-checked, foul-proof system. In this system, the traveller is informed of the total cost of purchase / charged amount and asked to confirm the same with her/his bank in order for us to guarantee transparency and accuracy after the reservation is completed over the phone and the confirmatory email with all flight details is sent to the traveller.

A secondary confirmation of the entire transaction amount as it appears on the traveler's or buyer's statement or the transaction's authorisation code may be requested. You can either verify your statement online or by calling the relevant bank to get this information.

The sum must match our records exactly (it cannot be a round number but rather pounds and a few cents). Tickets cannot be given when the payment as mentioned on the traveler's statement does not match the accounts records in our firm (compliancy check failure).

Tickets are issued right away after the traveller or buyer verifies the whole amount in precise figures (pounds and pence) and provided that the payment approved matched 100% with the company records / accounts.

5. hanges & cancellations policy

No matter how a reservation was made or how a holiday or package was purchased, the following changes and cancellation policies apply to all of these things.

6. Pre-travel advice

Your vacation destination, travel, immunisation, security, and visa information may have been published by the Foreign and Commonwealth Travel Advice Unit. Prior to booking any trip plans, tickets, lodging vouchers, or other services with us, please check with the relevant department or receive trustworthy information from them.

7. Extra expenses incurred asresult of scheduled airline failure

In these circumstances, any additional costs must be claimed directly from the "governing body," which is the airline. The agency does not assume responsibility for any additional expenditures, but we promise our assistance and counsel when it comes to submitting claims, following up, or supplying supplier or airline contact information (as available to us). Please also see Changes and Cancellations 6.0, Section 6 (b).
